[sdiy] VCO waveform logic selection

Personally, I prefer using analog switches more along the lines of the 
DG201.  This is mostly because they are simpler to use because they will 
run off of +/- 15 volts.  They also have TTL compatible inputs and 
should work just fine with 3 volt logic.
