[sdiy] high quality, affordable pots in Europe?

I'm in Berlin, and the best pots I can find come from www.segor.de. But 
they are about EUR 3 apiece. I'd like to find durable (all metal) and 
accurate pots for less, and they should come from someplace where 
shipping/customs doesn't offset the savings. Any suggestions?
