Howdy,

 Is it a universal moter? Is 50 hz absolutely
necessary to achieve a certain speed? a 50 hz motor
running at 60 hz will do just fine and you  can use
gears or belts to slow down the speed. In any event, I
need more information. Make, model and type of motor,
serial #. I'm sure something can be kncked up without
too much trouble. The biggest problem I see is the
large amperage required, but that is not a big issue.
