Yeah, and then you got the error of the VCOs on top of that.
This "bits of resolution" topic comes up once or twice a year, and
Paul Schreiber sometimes posts what I'll call his "digital converter
resolution white paper." If I could locate a local copy (I thought I
had archived it), I'd post it here. It's an excellent analysis of how
much resolution you really need, how to get it (or not), and the
conflict between marketing and accuracy. Wish I could find it right
now. Paul...?
