[sdiy] tiny oscilloscope from camcorder CRT viewfinder

The ones I have are all just little monochrome monitors - just like their
larger counterparts. I have one with a 1cm tube, and I've had that working
directly from the output of other video equipment. As such it expects a
composite video signal.
As for conversion, I'd suggest the old article has it exactly right.
