On the scan I have it's quite hard to read, but it appears to say 36VCT, 
which is a better fit to your 2x18V anyway.

Probably not, although you are using a higher rated version.  A current 
rating of 3.2A instead of 2.8A may cause it to have less voltage sag 
under load - I'd check if the heat sinking is still sufficient under 
full load.  The 22V rail is unregulated and you are not loading any of 
the rails yet, right?  Anyway, I think that the only place that is 
using the "+V (22V)" is the power detection circuit, everything else is 
using the regulated voltages as far as I can make out.
