They are yours. You should enjoy them however you see fit. The right
thing is to enjoy them however you want. I can tell you that if I had
2040s in my possession they would not be sold to a poly synth owner
for any kind of sane price. I would want to stuff them both into a
module and enjoy the best filter chip ever made...X2!
