[sdiy] OT: HV supply

Looking for a line on a regulated HV supply, Heathkit, Eico, B&K 1602 or
similar. Need up to 400vdc, 6.3vac, and a low current negative v output for
prototyping tube circuits. I know they come up on Ebait frequently, but they
sell for more than they're worth considering they need to be at least
partially rebuilt to function properly. I may have a a line on one locally,
but just in case that falls through an option never hurts.
