I'll post it when I find the time to make a clean drawing.
But actually, when you have the Quad 34 schemos, you have the tilt stuff 
already.
I simply divided the 44k pot of the original into 8 resistors of 5k6.
The bass part is not as simple. But meanwhile I have tested it on speakers, 
and
it's not as good as I thought. (The bass control, I mean.) The variable 
corner frequency is great, but the fixed -6dB step is not. It's too much for 
my IQ Mini Ladies at least.
Better way to do it would be a variable attenuation + variable corner 
frequeny. So for the Bass, a traditional tone control, plus a switch to 
choose between different sets of capacitors, may be the right way to do it.
But the tilt is great. With the "darkest" setting of this, I can even bear 
to listen to Sinfield's "Stillusion" now. (If you have that CD, you know 
what I mean. :) )
