[sdiy] TDA1022 group buy for JH Triple Chorus

Hi Andre,

I'll be sending out a message later tonight. I've got a small quantity
available currently (about 40), but that will only take care of about
12% of the orders. I'm hoping my supplier will be able to get the 350
that are currently needed to satisfy all the orders. :-)

It's been a bit more successful than I thought it would be, so it's
taking a bit of extra time.
