What's wrong with nickel rf sheilding spray?  Buy it from RS, Farnell, etc, here in the UK.  Examples:

RS: 247-4267
Farnell: 521450

Its not cheap, but it a tin lasts a while.  Used to use it a bit when I did EMC work for adding some shielding to plastic ABS boxes.
