I doubt 'magnetic' paint would work, it isn't actually conductive (just full
of some kind of ferromagnetic dust).
Whether there is a need, depends on
1. the nature & intensity of interference
2. impedance and layout of the circuit in question
One also has to distinguish between radio frequency interference, and
magnetic fields from transformers. The latter won't be stopped by "magnetic"
paint, by the way.
