Sorry for the OT, but could someone please tell me something that
outlook does not do, that some other email/collaboration system do do?
I run a network technology consulting company, and spend a very large
amount of time researching mail systems for clients.  I've never found a
system that does as much as Exchange server and MS Outlook.  
If you really want to keep licensing legal, then cost is often
prohibitive, in which cases I use other systems, but...  as far as
features go, I have never found a system that does more than Outlook (w/
exchange backend.. I must admit outlook on its own w/out exchange is
somewhat limited... and yes, outlook express is s at it)
And for the record, I didn't start off MS biased.  I used to be all
about open source software.  It works great for my home network.  But,
in the real world, I have far fewer problems, and can solve the issues
that come up on MS software much more quickly than other options.
I'd really be interested in hearing what other email clients do that
would make using this list so much better.

And for what you guys are talking about...  in outlook you click "view"
then "arrange by" then "Conversation"  and BAM..  threads!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
That wasn't so hard, was it?

It may be that Bill is simply doomed.  I suspect he's both
reading the digest form *and* using Outlook or Outlook Express,
the most deficient mail programs ever created.  Brothers, he
needs our help, not our disdain.  Will someone give this member
of our flock a better mail proram?  Amen.
