Just been telephoning companies for TDA1022s in UK:-

Grandata say "out of stock, several orders outstanding,
  7 to 10 days wait, happy to take more orders :-)
  price HAS BEEN INCREASED, unable to confirm new price :-(

Cricklewood Electronics - plenty in stock at £5 each.

Game on! - I want some PCBs for this - sounds fantastic :-)
