Oh, and I think Microsoft misspelled their email program name.  I believe it's
supposed to be "LookOut Expletive"

But truly, even their lowly crappy program has "Reply" and "Reply to All" buttons
and that's really all Bill needs to use to fix this.  In fact, that would save him
from trying to remember the thread title text and the time it takes to retype
something similar.  In fact, using Reply to All would also automatically populate
the "To:" field...
