[sdiy] No longer service manuals from Roland

Hi guys,

until now it was no problem to receive service manuals for vintage gear 
from roland. Today I received a mail (german original below), which 
states that there is a new order from the roland management that it is 
no longer allowed to hand over service-manuals to endcustomers or 
electronic distributors or service centers, who are not contracted 
roland partners.
The person, who wrote this mail, limited this restriction that way, that 
they still are willing to help endcustomers in repairing (vintage-) 
gear, and will send extracts from the documents. I don't kow whether the 
latter is "official text" or the workaround that is provided by roland 
germany.

zusenden. Laut neuen Anweisungen der Roland-Geschäftsführung ist es uns 
untersagt Service-Manuale an Endkunden oder Elektronikhändler zu 
vergeben, welche keine Roland-Händler sind. Wenn Sie Hilfe benötigen 
oder für eine Reparatur einen speziellen Auszug aus einem Service-Manual 
benötigen können Sie uns aber gerne kontaktieren.
