[sdiy] What book is this ladder filter from?

I've seen the ladder filter before - I think it might be Formant? - I t looks like the
type style from that book. I don't have time at the moment to search for it, but if no one
finds it, I look later.

BTW I have a similar diode half ladder filter on my website (Fred's online edition)

 - saves parts at the expense of an unbalanced ladder - less control voltage suppression.
I filter for the control voltage - works good enough for my use.
