The seller has an slight error in the description. It actually 
produces + 5V @ 12 Amp and either
+/- 12V @ 3.4 AMP or +/-15V @ 3.0 AMP.

I've got a somewhat similar unit. It's still sitting on the shelf 
because my smaller power supply is still sufficient.
