[sdiy] Looking for schematics/service info for Lexicon Model 95 Prime Time II Delay

I picked up a Lexicon Prime Time II recently. It seems to have a dead LFO.
The envelope follower (which shares a modulation mixing pot with the LFO)
modulates the delay time correctly, but the LFO doesn't seem to oscillate. 

I haven't been able to find much of anything about this unit via Google.
Does anyone have schematics or other information that might be helpful? I'm
guessing that it might be something as simple as a dead capacitor, but I'm
also guessing (without having popped the cover yet) that it's a pretty big
PC board in there, and I'd rather not just start hunting randomly--although
I will, if it comes to that...

An operation manual would be helpful, too. There's this mysterious button
labeled DRC that I can't figure out.
