Hi All,

Wow! I guess there _is_ some interest in these things after all!  
Let's all build Xpander filters!

The price I quoted was quoted to me by USBid, who claim to have a  
supplier, and gave me a date code of 198527 for the chips. As Paul S.  
mentioned, there is still remaining stock of these, so I don't regard  
this as entirely fictional, but obviously with something like this, I  
won't really believe it until I've got the tubes of chips in my hand.  
Here's hoping.

I'll go ahead and let you all know how I get on.
