[sdiy] Eagle library for SSM2164

Someone asked me if I had an Eagle CAD library for the SSM2164 quad VCA.  Well, _now_ I do!  I've just put it online, at the moment on my shop page from my homepage:

The schematic symbol has all four VCAs, plus a separate VCC block with the MODE bias pin.  Comments welcome.
