[sdiy] HV Voltage translation

Hi Mike,

The problem i have is that i want a variable voltage, basically a small voltage controlling a high one. The HV opamps are nice but expensive and if i'd at some point would want to go with higher voltages the opamps gets *seriously* expensive...

HI Karl,

I've been working on my mixing console again which has +/- 22V rails
and looking for devices to replace it's output amplifier modules.

This looks somewhat promising though I think the parts count is too
high for my available space:

Also there are many op-amps that can run on 44 volt supplies. The
OP275 seems like a decent one:

Many standard opamps also have a high voltage model available.

the common opamp range, say 0-5V amplified to 0-30V for example. I was
thinking that one of the easiest ways should be to use a opamp with a
transistor in it's feedback loop but i cannot really seem to make that
 work. Any ideas greatly appreciated!
