HI Karl,

I've been working on my mixing console again which has +/- 22V rails
and looking for devices to replace it's output amplifier modules.

This looks somewhat promising though I think the parts count is too
high for my available space:

Also there are many op-amps that can run on 44 volt supplies. The
OP275 seems like a decent one:

Many standard opamps also have a high voltage model available.
