[sdiy] rectification/min/max question

Hi Ian and Dave,

yes it sounds easy. I know how to set up an op-amp as an amplifier 
(non-inverting), and maybe also for offset (inverting?), but I don't 
know how to set it up to do both at once. Can you show me a simple 
example of this? I'll also try the diode-drop option for comparison.
