Behringer are notorious for stealing designs from others. Mackie, Boss, and EH to name a few.

I have tried a few V3205 and they do work. They have much more output than the MN3205 originals, so not very good drop-in replacements for vintage gear. Not without a lot of tweaking, anyway.
