[sdiy] simple slew limiter

I've been looking around for a schemo for a simple slew limiter. I saw 
Juergen Haible's Sample & Hold / Glide, but this is more than I need. 
Just something simple, one input, one output and a scaling pot for the 
slew rate. Is there something out there? Does someone have a plan for 
Barry Klein's slew limiter, or the VC slew limiter that was on Ric 
Miller's page (when it still existed)?
