[sdiy] Weird tubular, grey (sometimes blue) resistors

Oh. I looked up those Vishay caps and yeah they're what I was talking about. 
Maybe the older ones aren't as good, but I don't reckon there WILL be anyone 
who uses a lot of these in a VCF design and reports wicked sweet mojo.
