[sdiy] Weird tubular, grey (sometimes blue) resistors

Well yeah... but its really really uncommon
to have one with a hole in the center. I've never
seen one in the flesh. Sometimes it could be a mounting feature
but usually they are not made this way.

The antique photos mentioned in another thread do not
show this type.

Anyone have a photo ???   :^P
