[sdiy] Weird tubular, grey (sometimes blue) resistors

Usually they are wirewound resistors, they are wound on a
hollow ceramic core (tube) and coated with some vitreous
enamel (like a fired ceramic glaze).

Look for "Ohmite Brown Devils" on google and you'll
find some examples ?

But ~caps~ like these ??? with a hole in the center ???
