[sdiy] mystery table-top piano organ

I was in an antique store the other day for something else, so I couldn't 
take a closer look, but I noticed a small, but old-looking keyboard 
instrument that he said was a "table-top piano organ" and it was $20. Seemed 
like a good deal, but what would I be getting I wonder? An accordian with an 
electric blower instead of the bellows? Anybody have any experience with 
these things?
