Get your replacements from

instead of the much more expensive originals which are bound to fail 
sooner or later as well.  Sell the ones that are still working.  But if 
your Juno eats filter chips, it may just as well have a power supply 
problem that should be fixed before doing any replacements.

While I think it can be done, both the electrical and mechanical aspects 
would probably be more effort than it's worth.  If you want to change 
the character of the filters, I'd rather try to fit in an NJM2069 
(KORG) or some such.
