[sdiy] way OT: what's the dilly with subways in Philly?

parking is next to impossible in nyc so, the subway makes way more sense for everyone.

the 'subway' system in philadelphia is rather limited in comparison and you can really walk to most places within the city.

in comparison, as an example, getting from the upper west side of manhattan to even the closest parts of brooklyn almost requires the subway system... you've got a lot more distance to cover in nyc. 5 boroughs.
