Hi Pete - thanks for the reply, tracked them down myself at Farnell
which is a relief. I am building the MOTM 480, I have LOADS
of CA3280s sI didn't want to waste money on the rare parts kit - 
so long as I find the SSN2220 and the tempcos I am sorted
