[sdiy] Paia Midi/CV - Glide

Another thought - the Paia does give re-trigger pulses in modes 1 and
6. Retrigger is a brief pulse sent when a new note is played before the
first one has been released, ie before a note off is sent.
This pulse could be used for switching on legato mode - the Syntechno's
internal MIDI interface did this for example. This was used to give
303-like slides.
Overlapping the note ends within your computer or hardware midi
sequencer would produce this pulse. If positioned right, glide could be
introduced this way per step, or wherever you want.....
In the Midi2CV8's mode 6 you get from the 8 outputs;
Key CV
Velocity
Gate
Retrigger
Pitch wheel
DIN sync Start/Reset pulse
DIN sync run/stop
DIN sync 24ppqn pulses ( clock)
That might be the most useful mode for you.....
cheers,
Dave
