Yeah probably.  The JUNO106 module...80017A has someone said a BA662 for 
the VCA and an IR3109 for the VCF which totally figures.  But the guy in 
Europe who made a substitute board...it sounds very similar with the 
13700 ota.  The 2069 probably isn't drastically different looking but 
who knows.  I have the IR3109 sheet showing the block diagram at least.  
Just what schemos of synths show of the 2069's hookups though. Seems 
someone brought forth some more info on it a while back but I looked and 
can't find a thing now.  I have a scrap DSS1 board.  I should pull them 
out some day and start building some stuff with them and mess with them 
abit. Start with a wah pedal with spring loaded resonance tilt or 
something. :-)  -Bob
