A general point on 'finding' chips:
If you run a google search on an obscure chip, you usually get a lot of
companies that say "we can get it" or "we have it" or "call for price".

What is happening is this: they are chip dealers who all subscribe to the
same service, that lists stock of members.
So, once you contact them.. they have to find the ONE (possibly) place that
actually has stock!
And add to this the fact that most won't deal under $500 or more minimum...
Most won't sell to Joe Public...
Chaos ensues.

Has anyone heard anything about this?  I got the announcement that quantity
had been found but I haven't heard a peep since.  I was wondering since the
