I don't know OrCAD, but... normally if you give two pins the same name, 
they belong to the same net and hence are already connected as far as 
the CAD tool is concerned.  In your case you should have a schematic 
symbol with just two pins for the switch, but the package with four and 
each pair of them named like the pin in the symbol.  If that doesn't 
work, make a symbol with all four pins (a pair of them still having the 
same name) and hide the superfluous one (otherwise you may be forced to 
always connect both in the schematics).
