I have no experience about Orcad, but most likely you will need to add a symbol pin for every component leg.  So you will have to connect these pins in the schematic even when are already connected in the real component.  

Mentor Expedition which I use at the work, can have a single pin in schematic and multiple pads in layout.  For example we are using a large capacitor which has 6 + 6 legs, the schematic symbol needs just 1 + 1 pins.
