The CA3280 has some current mirrors which bias the linearizing diodes.
the LM13600/700 have direct inputs. Don't know if external current
sources might improve the LM13600/700. Probably not much. I think you
need all the transistors to be on the chip to get the superior performace
of the CA3280

So why is it better than 13700? That one has linearizing diodes as well...?
