me too. I have some servers with quite fast (100 Mbps) Internet 
connection here in Helsinki, Finland and I'm happy to provide the mirror 
of the archive for people in Scandinavia and Baltic countries (Finland, 
Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania).

However, I have to admit that I don't have the time to actually code or 
maintain anything actively so that has to be done by someone else :)
