You want to play a musical instrument while pedalling a generator?
That's insane. Besides, you'll need to power an amplifier too.
That said... The truly enlightened musical instrument designer would
recognize the situation as an opportunity to be creative, drop the
DC-DC converter, and run the whole synth directly off the generator.
That way the pedalling could be an important element of musical
expression.
