I can figure out how to get 2f, 4f, and 8f with no problem. I suspect that 3f can be
mostly made with f clipped to be square and the subtract f from the squarewave. 6f is 3f
doubled. 9f is 3f through a second tripler.
That leaves the ones I can't figure out - 5f and 7f. These could be pulled out with a
filter, but then you need the filter to track the input (or onboard) f.
