That would be OTTO himself. Assuming that it's the "plain" OTTO and no 
PCI-specific version it should be 68pin PLCC.

Gives you 32 interpolating oscillators w/ individual loop start/stop per 
voice, bidir and reverse looping, and a 6-channel stereo serial comm 
port. It also has some basic digital 4-pole filter which comes pretty 
close to what Jaroslaw (IIRC it was him?) implemented for the AVRsyn. 
Per voice you have 4 "ramp generators" for controlling the filters as 
well as left/right volume.

Definitely fun to play around with, I'd say, especially since (the 
original OTTO) comes with an easy to handle 68k bus interface.
