[sdiy] Possible Ribbon Controller Material?

Scott,

a good material for use as a ribbon controller is QTC. By making a pcb with 
a number of pads underneath the qtc and a bit of math, you can work out (to 
very accurate levels) where your finger is on the "ribbon". Moreover, the 
qtc is cheap.
