OBVIOUSLY...ahem..we take out the old shorting capacitor.... sorry if 
that wasn't clear :-). I figured anybody would understand that if you 
put in a new capacitor you remove the old one from the circuit.  However 
many people LEAVE the jar in there for looks :-).   -Bob
