[sdiy] multi legged electro caps?

I'm trying to repair an old lab oscillator. It's a General Radio 2c-2MC

The frequency is not stable so I'm guessing it's the power supply  
caps. Looking at these things, the biggest one has 7 pins. It's  
labelled Mallory COE-74  235 6534K

Is this a part I can find? Is it multiple caps in one can? What's the  
deal here?
