[sdiy-interim] Trivial OTA summing quiz! (added 4th cirquit)

Hi friends!

I love "B" but no R6.
I've made type B without R6 and got good results.
Also I've made type C before, it works good.

I think "D" works not well.

OTA's output is current souce, so B's IC2A works as
corrent-to-voltage converter and current summing amp.
So problem is IC2A's output dynamic range.
Make level diagrams to avoid saturation.
