[sdiy-interim] Trivial OTA summing quiz! (added 4th cirquit)

Actually there is 6-7 different routings possible!
I skip'ed some of them because the scaling between
Cv and ota currents don't work well andor they overloads.

However i added a fourth solution (D) wich i put my money on!
