Not really a DSP, but the set of peripheral functions just screams 
"MP3-Player": NXP (TAFKAP: the artist formerly known as Philips ;-) 
LPC2888.  One of the few that has dedicated on-chip Audio I/O and not 
just a Codec interface.  The ADuC7xxx have already been mentioned, for 
ARM9 also check out Cirrus E93xx.
