[sdiy-interim] Interim list for synth-diy at dropmix.xs4all.nl

Hello all. As you may have noticed, the sdiy list has been down
for a week. This is an interim list so we can talk until
synth-diy at dropmix.xs4all.nl comes back.

Everyone who has posted at least once to sdiy since 2006-01 has
been subscribed. If you have since unsubscribed from sdiy, please

unsubscribe again. My apologies for the inconvenience.
